You may request a refund for your subscription within 14 days of purchase if you haven't extensively used our services. For monthly subscriptions, we offer prorated refunds based on usage.

  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for refunds:

  • Enterprise plans with custom implementation
  • Any subscription after the 14-day refund period has passed
  • Accounts that have used more than 50% of their monthly allocation
  • Add-on services and one-time purchases

Service Interruptions

In the event of extended service outages or technical issues on our end, we may offer service credits or partial refunds at our discretion. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. For monthly subscriptions, your service will continue until the end of the current billing period. For annual subscriptions, we do not provide partial refunds for unused months after the 14-day refund period.
